The APPLICATION FORM must be fully filled and the relevant academic documents attached. It must then be returned to Fisheries Training Institute in Entebbe at the office of the Academic Registrar according to the set deadlines.
A non refundable fee of Ushs 20,000 should be paid on submission.

Diploma in Fisheries Management and Technologies (DFMT)
Requirements: One Principal pass and two Subsidiary passes in Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture at A-Levels or a Certificate in Fisheries Management and Technologies (CFMT) or a related field.
Diploma in Integrated Aquaculture and Agriculture (DIAA)
Requirements: One Principal pass and two Subsidiary passes in Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture at A-Levels.
Diploma in Boat Building and Marine Mechanics (DBBMM)
Requirements: Certificate in Boat Building and Marine Mechanics or a related field.
Certificate in Fisheries Management and Technologies (CFMT)
Requirements: O-Level certificate with passes in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Certificate in Boat Building and Marine Mechanics (CBBMM)
Requirements: O-Level certificate with passes in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Woodwork is an added advantage.
National Certificate in Agriculture
Requirements:
The candidate should have:
- At least three credits at Ordinary level Certificate
- Must have at least one credit either in Biology, Agriculture or Chemistry.
- Must have passed English and Mathematics
